We have known Aidan from As Building for many years and whenever we are doing a build or a renovation we could not go past asking Aidan for a quote and if he has an interest in doing the project. Our latest build has been extremely large for our business Kinkawooka Pty Ltd., lOA Proper Bay Road, Port Lincoln. Aidan started the project in November 2016 and in August 2017 we completed the development of a New Office, Staff Amenities Block, 3 x Large Sheds plus all the other things that go with finalising a large project like this. With Aidan’s attention to detail and his vast experience within the building trade we finished well ahead of schedule. Aidan is extremely pleasant, well skilled, helpful and available to assist with questions and curly issues that come with working with us on some of these projects. From the Build to organising 700m2 meters of Pavers approximately to 1600m2 of Bitumen, concreting and fencing this was not an issue for his team or contractors to achieve. Would we ask Aidan and his team from ASB Building to quote again absolutely there is no question about that – we are very happy with the time frame and completion of the project.

Our first encounter with Aidan Sheehy was in 2010 when a fire in an adjoining building caused damage to ours. Aidan was a supervisor on the repair project of our building. We were extremely impressed by his professionalism, attention to the project and his constant communication of updates on the project.
When Aidan commenced his business Aidan Sheehy Building we gave him our maintenance work which was always carried out competently and within budget.
In 2016 we required an extension to our building and along with others gave ASB the opportunity to quote the works to which he was successful.
Along the journey of the extension build Aidan kept in constant contact both verbally and with photographs of the progress, which was most helpful not being present in Port Lincoln. ASB also worked in well with the Tennant so that their trading was not impacted on and the site was always in a clean and tidy condition. ASB also maintained contact with the engineers and designers which was of great assistance to us as clients. The project was completed before time within budget and the finished result exceeded expectations.
